Often we respond to the contact us forms and the response never makes it due to an over-agressive anti-spam software blocking the response. • Mail-In Orders
  Simply add all the items that you want to purchase to the shopping cart and then click on the "Proceed To Checkout" button and then the "New Customer" button to fill out your billing and shipping address info. (During checkout select "Mail-In" as your payment choice.) When you are done, you'll have an order saved under your account. You can click on the order to get a 'printable version.'
  
  Include a copy of the order with a check or money order made out to Digital Reprieve, Inc. and mail it to:

  As soon as we receive payment, we'll process the order and email you the tracking number when it ships. To help with the order process, please write the order number (TCB-####) on your check or money order.
  
  
• Fax-In Orders
  Follow the advice of the mail-in orders above to create your order except you should select "Fax-In" as your payment choice.
  
  Print out your order detail and send it via fax to:

  You'll need to include your credit card number and expiration date on the fax.
  Optionally, you can include your email address if you want to receive the order related emails (like shipment notifcation and UPS Tracking Number.)
