Return Policy
TCBulk.com customers must obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA) before attempting to return
any merchandise to TCBulk.com.
To obtain a RA number, send an email to rarequest@TCBulk.com. A customer representative will
issue you a RA number that must be clearly indicated on the outside of the return parcel, as well
as on any paperwork. Non-marked returns will be returned.
TCBulk.com will not accept any returns of products submitted more than 30 days after shipment
of such products, including returns of defective products. RA numbers have a validity period of
15 days from the date it was issued.
We encourage you to insure your returns, if a product comes back to us broken we will not be able to refund you. You will have to file a claim with your shipper. If your shipper is FedEx or UPS we can walk you through the claims process. If it is USPS your local post office we might not be able to help you.
NOTE: Custom ordered items cannot be returned.
Restocking Fees
Non-Defective merchandise returned for any reason, other than a mis-shipped
product, will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Product(s) must be received by us in original
condition and within 30 days of our shipping date, or it cannot be accepted for return. Customer is responsible for the shipping charges on the return. A credit for the original shipping charges will not be issued.
